Sezon grzybowy już w pełni, a jednym z najsmaczniejszych i najbardziej aromatycznych potraw jaką można z nich przygotować jest zupa grzybowa. Dzięki makaronowi lub lanym kluską zupa ta jest również bardzo sycąca.

Ilość porcji: 3
Składniki:
200 g grzybów
750 ml bulionu
½ cebuli
1 ząbek czosnku
2 łyżki masła
3 łyżki śmietanki 18% do zup
Makaron (u mnie kluski lane)
Przygotowanie zupy grzybowej z makaronem
Cebulkę obrać pokroić w kostkę i podsmażyć na 2 łyżkach masła. W międzyczasie oczyścić grzyby. Kapelusze pokroić w paseczki a trzonki w plasterki i dodać je do zarumienionej cebulki. Dusić przez około 5-10 minut.
Ugotować bulion i dodać go do grzybów. Gotować kolejne 5-10 minut, aż grzyby będą miękkie. Makaron ugotować zgodnie zaleceniami na opakowaniu.
Zaprawić śmietanę dodając do niej kilka łyżek zupy. Całość wlać do garnka, dodać makaron i doprawić solą i pieprzem do smaku.
